Shakarkand Tikki is a popular food during Navratri as it can be eaten during vrats (fasts). It is simple and easy to make, even for beginners. Deep fried till it’s crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, this tikki is very different from other tikkis that you may have had and it is a wonderful tea-time accompaniment too.
