The Chef
Anuraag Narsingani has close to 2 decades of experience in the hospitality and culinary industry, and his expertise has resulted in the creation of world-class award-winning menus.
Currently working as the Executive Chef of JW Marriott Pune, he oversees and manages the culinary operations of the hotel.
Prior to this, he worked as a part of the integral pre-opening team at The Trident BKC, Mumbai. After achieving success there, he moved to The Trident Jaipur as the Executive Chef. He has also worked with various international cruise lines like Carnival.
Chef Anuraag's focus is on creating a memorable dining experience for his guests- by incorporating an interactive menu that includes superfoods and vegan options.
