Mango Salsa


This Mango Salsa is juicy, sweet, refreshing summer in a bowl! It's made with ripe mangos, crunchy bell peppers and spices! Make this for your next tropical feast and it’ll be a hit among your guests!

Serves: 500gms

 

INGREDIENTS

· Mango 250gms

· Shallots 50gms

· Brunnoise of tomato 25gms

· Tabasco sauce 30ml

· Chopped green chilli 30gms

· Chopped coriander 30gms

· Lime juice 30ml

· Olive oil 60gms

· Salt to taste

· Pepper to taste

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

2. Check seasoning and serve.
