Onion Kulcha


Indian Bread stuffed with Onions

Serves: 10 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

· Naan dough 1.5kg

· Onion (grated and squeezed) 1kg

· Chaat masala 30gms

· Chopped green chilli 100gms

· Chopped ginger 20gms

· Chopped coriander 25gms

· White butter 200gms


METHOD

1. Prepare the stuffing by placing the onions, ginger, coriander and chillies into a bowl

and add the dry ingredients. Mix them well.

2. Squeeze the water before stuffing in the naan dough

3. Portion the naan dough and the mixture so all the kulchas have equal filling

4. Flatten them and cook in the tandoor.

5. After removing from the tandoor, put white butter and serve with pickle, homemade

curd
