Kuttu ki roti are gluten free flatbreads made with buckwheat flour and mashed potatoes. These healthy flatbreads are usually made during the Navratri fasting period in India.
Serves: 500gms
INGREDIENTS
· Kuttu ka atta 500gms
· Water as per requirement
· Salt 10gms
· Potato starch 40gms
· Ghee 50gms
METHOD
1. Combine potato starch and kuttu ka atta along with salt.
2. Make into a soft dough by combining it with luke warm water.
3. Make into portions and roll out evenly.
4. Cook the roti on a flat tawa with some ghee.
