Missi Roti


Missi Roti is Chickpea flour bread popular in Punjabi cuisine and is mostly made in a tandoor.

Serves: 10 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

· Whole wheat flour 200gms

· Besan 300gms

· Salt 30gms

· Ajwain 5gms

· Coriander seeds 5gms

· Turmeric powder 15gms

· Red chili powder 15gms

· Jeera powder 10gms

· Fresh coriander 70gms

· Chopped onion 80gms

· Oil 30gms

· Water as per dough

· Ghee 30ml

METHOD

1. Make a dough of all the above ingredients.

2. Flattened it up and cook in tandoor.

3. Apply ghee on Missi roti and serve hot.
