This crowd favourite dip is made with a combination of cream cheese, paprika, lemon juice and cream and is prepared in minutes! It can be eaten with almost anything! From chips, to nuggets and so on.
Serves: 1kg
INGREDIENTS
· Cream cheese 250gms
· Chives 60gms
· Lime juice 60ml
· Fresh cream 500ml
· Paprika powder 30gms
· Chopped garlic 60gms
· Salt to taste
· Pepper to taste
METHOD
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix to a smooth texture
2. Gradually whisk the ingredients keeping them chilled so the cream does not spilt
