Mint Mayonnaise sauce is a delicious blend of coriander, mint, spices and oil. It can be used as a dip, spread, or even in sandwiches and burgers.

· Mint chutney 50gms

· Mayonnaise 50gms

METHOD

· Mix homemade mint chutney, butter and mayonnaise to make mint mayonnaise.
