Dahi peanut chutney or Farali chutney is a quick and easy condiment eaten during fasting days. This 6 ingredient recipe requires zero cooking time and is usually served with sabudana vada or tikkis.
Serves: 500gms
INGREDIENTS
· Curd 500gms
· Peanut 100gms
· Rock salt- to taste
· Roasted cumin powder 20gms
· Sugar 30gms (optional; as per taste)
· Green chilli- 25gms
METHOD
1. Take curd and separately strain water from half of the quantity of the curd, let the remaining curd be with its water.
2. Then whisk both the curd together to give it a creamy consistency.
3. Add roasted, crushed peanut.
4. Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
5. Add finely chopped green chilli and roasted cumin powder.
