Khasta Roti



 

INGREDIENTS

· Whole wheat flour 300gms

· Salt 70gms

· Sooji 100gms

· Ajwain seeds 7gms

· Water (as per dough)

· Oil 60gms

· Ghee 30gms

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make a dough of all the above ingredients

2. Flattened up the dough and cook it in a tandoor

3. Apply ghee on the roti


CHEF'S TIP: Dough must be rolled with pressure as it is a tight dough. When flattening the dough, use a rolling pin and cut out the dough with a ring to keep it round.
