Garlic Naan


Garlic naan is a soft, stetchy, slightly chewy and garlicky Indian bread that is usually eaten with a spicy curry like Butter Chicken or Dal Makhni.

Serves: 10 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

· Refined flour 1.2kgs

· Salt 40gms

· Water (as per dough)

· Butter 50gms

· Sugar 20gms

· Oil 200gms

· Garlic 100gms

METHOD

1. Add refined flour, salt, sugar, oil, water and knead dough

2. Make small balls of the dough

3. Flatten each ball and add garlic and butter to it

4. Cook in tandoor
