A popular snack that is fast-friendly too!
Serves: 500gms
INGREDIENTS
· Aloo 450gms
· Beetroot 50gms
· Peanut 75gms
· Potato starch 20gms
· Green chilli 25gms
· Salt- 5gms
· Ghee- 50gms
· Rajgira ka atta 75gms
METHOD
1. Boil and mash potato.
2. Boil and chop beetroot and mix to the potato mash.
3. Add rajgira atta, crushed peanuts.
4. Finely chop green chilli. Add to the mixture.
5. Add salt as per taste.
6. Take the mixture and portion it equally into tikkis.
7. Sprinkle potato starch over the top, to prevent it from sticking.
8. Heat the tawa and add tikki coated with ghee.
9. Cook until it turns into light golden colour.
10. Serve hot!
