Tandoori Marinade

INGREDIENTS

· Hung curd 200gms

· Malt vinegar 30ml

· Lime juice 80ml

· Red chilli powder 50gms

· Yellow chilli powder 10gms

· Garam masala 2gms

· Turmeric 30gms

· Ginger garlic paste 30gms

· Mustard oil 50ml


METHOD

Whisk all the mentioned ingredients together, and store the mixture in a container till required.
