Nihari masala is a mix of whole aromatic spices. The whole spices like cardamom, fennel, cloves, nutmeg, dry ginger etc are roasted and then ground to a powder. This masala is used to make Nalli Nihari.

INGREDIENTS
· Cinnamon 50gms
· Cumin 200gms
· Nutmeg 50gms
· Mace 50gms
· Cardamom 100gms
· Black pepper 50gms
· Rose petal 100gms
· Kebab chinni 50gms
· Pippli 40gms
· Pathar ka phool 60gms
· Paan ki jaad 50gms
· Khus ki jaad 50gms
· Whole coriander 200gms
METHOD
1. Pan roast all the masalas
2. Make a fine powder in blender
