Chicken Tikka Burger


Indian-inspired spicy chicken burger seasoned with chili, ginger, garlic and coriander.

Serves: 4 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

· Cooked chicken tikka 500gms

· Salt 5gms

· Chaat masala 5gms

· Red chilli powder 5gms

· Lemon juice 5gms

· Mint chutney 60gms

· Mayonnaise 50gms

· Capsicum 20gms

· Onion 20gms

· Tomato 60gms

· Lettuce 60gms

· Cheese slices 4pcs

· Burger buns 4pcs

METHOD

1. Chop or slice pieces of chicken tikka and place it in a mixing bowl.

2. Add sauted onions and capsicum to it.

3. Add salt, chaat masala, chilli powder, lemon juice and a little mint chutney.

4. Mix well into a smooth mixture.

5. Take burger buns and slice them into equal halves. Toast it.

6. Take the lower face of the bun and spear mint chutney and mayonnaise.

7. Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on it.

8. Place a handful of chicken tikka mixture on the tomato.

9. Add slices of cheese and cover.

10. Before serving, you can remove the top bun and heat the burger to melt the cheese.
