Lahore style mutton curry
Serves: 10 portions
INGREDIENTS
· Baby Lamb nalli 2kg
· Ghee 250gms
· Rose petal 15gms
· Pathar ke phool 5gms
· Fried onion 300gms
· Ginger garlic paste 25gms
· Mutton stock 1L
· Red chilli paste 50gms
· Kashmiri chilli powder 10gms
· Cumin powder 10gms
· Coriander powder 10gms
· Garam masala powder 10gms
· Salt 40gms
METHOD
1. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté lamb nalli with fried onion, ginger garlic paste
2. Add all the rest of the spices and sauté well
3. Add red chilli paste cook it for some time
4. Add mutton stock and let it cook on dum.
5. Add powdered rose petal & Pathar ke phool
6. Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
