Lagan ki Boti


Lagan ki Boti is a lamb dish infused with various spices and herbs. It is an Eid Delicacy

Serves: 10 portions


INGREDIENTS

· Baby lamb boti 2kg

· Ghee 200gms

· Fried onion 400gms

· Black cardamom 5pcs

· Cinnamon 5pcs

· Bay leaf 4pcs

· Ginger garlic paste 100gms

· Mutton stock 2L

· Red chilli paste 60gms

· Kashmiri red chilli powder 60gms

· Jeera powder 20gms

· Coriander powder 30gms

· Garam masala powder 40gms

· Salt 40gms

METHOD

1. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté lamb Boti with fried onion and ginger garlic paste

2. Add all spices, sauté well

3. Add red chilli paste & mutton stock

4. Let it cook for at least 45 minutes on dum

5. Garnish with fried onion and mint leaves.
