Grilled Cottage Cheese Steak



Serves: 4 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Cottage Cheese 720gms

  • Honey 60gms

  • Black Pepper 10gms

  • Pineapple 180gms

  • Cherry Tomato 120gms

  • Salt 20gms

  • Thyme 20gms

  • Zattar Spice 120gms

  • Mustard 60gms

  • Green Zucchini/ Broccoli/ Asparagus 200gms

  • Olive Oil 60ml


METHOD

  1. Cut the cottage cheese and pineapple into squares.

  2. Marinate with salt, pepper and thyme.

  3. Cook separately on a griddle

  4. Cook the cherry tomato also on the griddle.

  5. Steam the greens with salt

  6. Blend olive oil, honey and mustard to make a dressing

  7. Assemble the cooked ingredients on the plate with drizzle of dressing on top.
