Cottage Cheese 720gms
Honey 60gms
Black Pepper 10gms
Pineapple 180gms
Cherry Tomato 120gms
Salt 20gms
Thyme 20gms
Zattar Spice 120gms
Mustard 60gms
Green Zucchini/ Broccoli/ Asparagus 200gms
Olive Oil 60ml
METHOD
Cut the cottage cheese and pineapple into squares.
Marinate with salt, pepper and thyme.
Cook separately on a griddle
Cook the cherry tomato also on the griddle.
Steam the greens with salt
Blend olive oil, honey and mustard to make a dressing
Assemble the cooked ingredients on the plate with drizzle of dressing on top.
