Dum ka Murgh

Dum ka murgh is a slow-cooked chicken curry hailing from Hyderabad. The chicken is marinated with cashews and coconut giving it a nutty texture.
Serves: 10 portions
INGREDIENTS
· Chicken leg boneless 2kgs
· Ghee 100gms
· Coconut 100gms
· Cashews 200gms
· Chironji 100gms
· Butter 200gms
· Salt 40gms
· Elaichi powder 10gms
METHOD
1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté chicken.
2. Add paste of coconut, Chironji, and Cashewnut to sauté Chicken
3. Add rest of the spices and let it cook
4. Finish it with cream and coriander.
