Dhingri Mutter Makai


Mushrooms and peas in a thick onion, tomato and cream sauce is a staple of Indian restaurant menus. This creamy, spicy is just as easy to prepare at home. It can be eaten alongside rice or rotis

Serves: 10 portions


INGREDIENTS

· Mushroom 500gms

· Corn 300gms

· Green peas 300gms

· Chopped onion 200gms

· Vegetable gravy 700ml

· Turmeric powder 30gms

· Red chilli powder 20gms

· Coriander powder 30gms

· Chopped coriander 100gms

· Ghee 100ml

· Butter 200gms

· Cream 100ml

METHOD

1. Blanch all the vegetable & keep aside

2. Heat ghee in the handi, add onion and sauté

3. Add all the masalas and gravy, cook them well

4. Add all the vegetables

5. Add butter

6. Serve hot.
