This quick dhaba-style mutton curry is rich in flavours and aroma
Serves: 10 portions
INGREDIENTS
· Lamb boti 900gms
· Lamb nalli 900gms
· Ghee 250ml
· Turmeric powder 20gms
· Fried onion 300gms
· Ginger garlic paste 25gms
· Mutton stock 1L
· Red chilli paste 50gms
· Kashmiri chilli powder 10gms
· Cumin powder 10gms
· Coriander powder 10gms
· Garam masala 10gms
· Salt 40gms
METHOD
1. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté lamb with fried onion, ginger garlic paste
2. Add all rest of the spices and sauté well
3. Add red chilli paste cook it for some time, then add mutton stock and let it cook on dum.
4. Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
