Dal Paasha


Serves: 10 portions


INGREDIENTS

· Whole urad dal 1.6kg

· Ginger garlic paste 100gms

· Red chilli paste 60gms

· Tomato puree 100gms

· Butter 400gms

· Cream 200ml

· Kasoori Methi 20gms

· Salt 60gms

· Red chilli powder 30gms

· Ghee 100ml

METHOD

1. Wash and boil the dal overnight on tandoor.

2. Next day add tomato puree and butter in dal and cook for a about 3 to 4 hours till it gives out a creamy texture.

3. Cook it with ghee, red chilli powder and kasuri methi

4. Top it off with cream
