Bhuna Saag


Bhuna Saag is simple and healthy side dish with stir fried spinach flavoured with garlic.

Serves: 10 portions



INGREDIENTS

· Spinach 4kg

· Ghee 100ml

· Salt 30gms

· Chopped Onions 10gms

· Whole cumin 10gms

· Cumin powder 10gms

· Coriander powder 10gms

· Green chilli 15gms

· Chopped garlic 40gms

· Ginger 15gms

· Red chilli powder 20gms

· Fried garlic 10gms

· Fresh cream 100ml

METHOD

1. Chop blanched spinach and keep it aside for some time

2. Heat ghee in the handi, add jeera chop garlic, chop onion, add all the dried masala

3. Add chopped spinach to it, sauté it until the raw flavor of spinach goes.

4. Garnish with ghee, ginger juliennes and fried garlic
