Adai is a healthy, protein rich & nutrient dense South Indian Breakfast pancake made of mixed lentils & spices.
Serves: 20 pieces
INGREDIENTS
· Masoor dal 400gms
· Toor dal 300gms
· Moong dal 200gms
· Rice 100gms
· Red chilli whole 30gms
· Cumin 30gms
· Salt 20gms
· Onion 200gms
· Finely chopped ginger 30gms
· Oil 60ml
· Coriander 30gms
· Coconut chutney 300ml
METHOD
1. Soak overnight and grind course. Mix salt. Do not ferment the batter.
2. Pour the batter over hot plate and sprinkle chopped onion on top.
3. Serve with coconut chutney.
