Parthdar Paneer Tikka


Paneer kebabs stuffed with mawa, raisins and cashew.

Serves: 10 portions


 

INGREDIENTS

· Malai paneer 1.6kgs

· Salt 30gms

· Hung yogurt 100gms

· Turmeric powder 20gms

· Yellow chilli powder 15gms

· Kashmiri chilli paste 30gms

· Mustard oil 40ml

· Mawa 200gms

· Raisin 30gms

· Green chilies 20gms

· Elaichi powder 30gms

· Cashew 30gms

· Garam masala 20gms

· Roasted chana powder 150gms

· Ghee 100ml

METHOD

1. Cut paneer into dices and make a pocket in them.

2. Make a marinade for the paneer with hung yoghurt, salt, yellow chilli, chilli paste, turmeric powder, mustard oil and roasted chana powder.

3. Stuff the pocket with the mix of mawa, raisins, green chilies and cashews.

4. Cook them on a hot pan until it gets a brown crust on both the sides.
