Murgh Achari Tikka

Murgh Achari Tikka is an Indian Kebab recipe that's made by marinating boneless chicken pieces in yogurt, spices and a special pickle


 

INGREDIENTS

· Boneless Chicken 180gms

· Ginger garlic paste 100gms

· Malt Vinegar 5ml

· Salt 5gms

· Panch Phoron 5gms

· Mustard Oil 30ml

· Yogurt 30gms

· Mango pickle 30ml

· Lemon juice 10ml

· Cream 50gms

· Kebab masala 3gms

METHOD

1. Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste and malt vinegar for half an hour.

2. Cream the yoghurt and cream. Temper panch phoron, puree pickle. Mix well.

3. Add the chicken and mix it well in the marinade.

4. Skewer the chicken onto a seekh and cook it in a medium hot tandoor.

5. Remove it from the tandoor and sprinkle the kebab masala, melted butter and lemon juice.

6. Place it in a garnished platter and serve.
