Hari Mirch ka Murgh Malai Tikka


Hari Mirch ka Murgh Malai Tikka is a chicken tikka style dish made with coriander. This dish can be used as an appetiser for parties.

Serves: 10 portions


 

INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken leg 1.8kg

  • Salt 30gms

  • Green chilies 60gms

  • Ghee 60gms

  • Jeera powder 20gms

  • Yogurt 200gms

  • Coriander powder 30gms

  • Cheese 50gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 20gms

  • Elaichi powder 30gms

  • Garam masala 30gms

  • Cream 60gms

  • Fresh coriander 20gms

  • Lemon juice 40gms

  • Green chili 75gms

METHOD

First Marination:

1. Apply ginger garlic paste and salt to the chicken.

Second Marination:

2. Mix all the ingredients in hung yoghurt, and make a marinade except ghee

3. Now mix chicken in the marination and keep aside.

Cooking:

4. Place in skewers and roast it in a moderately hot tandoor for 8-10 minutes.

5. Remove from skewers and serve in a bowl topped with lemon juice, ghee, and coriander
