Baked Beans on Toast


Baked beans on toast is a delicious open toast, which features white beans, which are parboiled and then baked with a tangy sauce.

Serves: 4 portions

 

INGREDIENTS

· Baked beans 800gms

· Salt 5gms

· Pepper 5gms

· Onion 50gms

· Parsley 5gms

· Butter 50gms

· Bread 8pcs

METHOD

1. Take butter in a pan, add baked beans and onions in it.

2. Add salt, pepper and heat the mixture.

3. Toast the slices of bread on a pan using butter.

4. Cut the sides of the bread, cut into two equal triangles and place on the plate.

5. Pour the beans over the toast.

6. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on it.

7. Serve hot.


CHEF’S TIPS:

1. You can top the toast with cheese to make it creamier.
